Mortgage Planning

The first thing people often ask me is “What is mortgage planning?” As a Mortgage Planner, I help my clients understand the direct relationship and impact their mortgage has on helping them achieve both their short term and long term financial goals. My clients desire to build their wealth by diversifying their home equity and other assets to provide liquidity, safety and rate of return.  Together with trusted advisors, we create a plan which includes tax planning, educational planning for children and grandchildren, insurance review, financial planning, retirement planning and a plan to acquire additional real estate. After we accomplish this, then my job is to help my clients always be ready to obtain the maximum loan at the lowest possible cost and interest rate.
